Tell us the tree and the address, and we will come and look at it. No charge, anywhere in Pinellas County.

If a tree is down right now, or actively failing, do not use this form. Call (727) 365-1803 and say that on the phone, see emergency tree service.

Photos help more than anything you can type. One of the whole tree from far enough back to see it against the house, one of the base of the trunk, and one of whatever is worrying you. That is often enough for us to tell you on the phone whether it is a crane job, a pruning job, or nothing at all.

What happens next

  1. Somebody calls you back to confirm the address and the access, where a machine can get in, whether there is a gate, whether a neighbor’s property is involved.
  2. We come and look at the tree. An ISA Certified Arborist assesses it, not a salesperson with a clipboard. That is the point of having one on staff, and it is why the answer is sometimes "leave it alone" or "prune it, don’t remove it."
  3. You get a written estimate with the scope spelled out: what comes down, what gets ground, what gets hauled, and what is not included.
  4. We check the permit position for your parcel before the crew is scheduled, and we file the application if one is needed. Eighteen jurisdictions in this county write their own tree rules, here they all are, and getting it wrong is the customer’s fine, not ours.
  5. The estimate is the number. Our estimate is true and honest: no hidden costs, no extras, no add-ons and no surprises.

We do not publish prices on this site, because a tree that looks identical to another one can cost twice as much depending on access, targets and what the permit requires. Anyone giving you a number over the phone without seeing it is guessing, and the guess will be revised on the day.

Start here

Send us a photo of the tree.

You do not have to know whether it needs to come down. That is the part we are for.

  1. One photo, whole tree in frameTrunk base to top. A close-up of anything that looks wrong helps.
  2. Text us the photoThe text button below opens the right thread. Add your street and city.
  3. We come out and lookEvery estimate is in person, free, sometimes the answer is that it needs nothing.

We walk the property with you before anyone touches a saw.

We use your details to answer your inquiry and nothing else. Prefer to talk? (727) 365-1803.

Before you accept anyone’s estimate

Ask every bidder the same four things. We are happy to be measured against them:

Who does the work?

Employees or subcontractors, and if subcontractors, whose insurance covers them.

Can I see the certificate of insurance?

Read the classification, not just the limit. A landscape-maintenance policy does not cover work at height in a tree.

Who is assessing the tree?

An arborist, or an estimator on commission.

Who pulls the permit, and what if we skip it?

In this county the penalty frequently reaches the contractor as well as the owner, which is a reason to hire someone who will not skip it.

There is a longer version at questions to ask at a tree service estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Is the estimate really free? Yes, anywhere in Pinellas County, with no obligation and no follow-up pressure.

Do I need to be home? Not always, send photos and gate access details and we can often assess without you there. We work a lot of second homes and rentals on the beaches this way.

Can you tell me a price over the phone? Not honestly. Access, targets, permit requirements and disposal change the number enormously between two trees that look the same. Photos will get you a useful range in conversation; the written estimate comes after somebody has stood under it.

What if the tree does not need to come down? Then we will tell you, and quote the pruning instead, or nothing at all. That happens often enough that it is worth having someone qualified look before you commit to a removal.
